DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS/ELOPEMENTS?
Absolutely! We specialize in international and destination weddings, therefore our collections are all-inclusive. You can check out our travel schedule on our website :)
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, indeed! We are thrilled to have you on board. Once you have paid the non-refundable booking fee you have the flexibility to settle the remaining balance in one single payment or opt for a convenient two-installment plan. The choice is yours, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment process for you. Take note that all payments should be settled 21 days before your wedding day.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR OUR FULL GALLERY AND FILM?
We pride ourselves in delivering sneak previews within 5 days post-wedding. The delivery timeframe for your final gallery may vary depending on the time of year and our position within the wedding season. Typically, you can expect to receive your completed gallery within 8-10 weeks following your wedding date.
WE’RE AWKWARD AND ALL YOUR COUPLES LOOK LIKE MODELS. HOW WILL YOU GET GOOD PHOTOS OF US?
Rest assured, you are not alone in feeling this way. It may surprise you, but every couple we have worked with has expressed the same concern. The key lies in the posing and the artistic vision. Our goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for you during the process. You don't need to worry about perfect posture, precise head tilts, or hand placements. Our focus is capturing the genuine connection between you both. Guiding you throughout the session or wedding, we strive to produce stunning, natural-looking photos.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
We highly recommend booking your wedding with us as early as possible, as our availability tends to fill up quickly. We start accepting bookings up to 12 months in advance, but we advise reaching out to us about 6-8 months before your wedding date. However, if your timeline differs from this, please don't hesitate to contact us anyway. We have limited availability and may have been eagerly awaiting your inquiry.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US TO BOOK?
To secure your booking, we typically require a
booking fee, a signed contract, and a completed questionnaire. Ideally, before finalizing your booking, I would love to meet you in person (video chat works too!) to foster a genuine connection. Building a meaningful relationship with our clients are important to us.
DO WE HAVE TO FEED YOU?
Absolutely! We genuinely enjoy being part of your wedding day experience, and that includes joining your guests during dinner and savouring the same delicious meal they are enjoying. You're welcome to include us on the seating chart. Immersing ourselves fully in the atmosphere allows us to capture genuine moments and emotions throughout the day.
